The PLM Team will ensure everything runs smoothly when moving into your new home:

•    We will make a convenient appointment to view the property and will meet you on site

•    Onsite move-in and handover of keys

A refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property is payable to the amount of one weeks rent. Only pay a holding deposit if you’re serious about taking on the tenancy. For more information on Holding deposits, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01204 371376 . Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement during the tenancy and applies to Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST).
